We at Once Off Productions are looking for an important new addition to our team: an Arts Marketing Associate.

As part of our participation in the Arts Council’s Creative Producing Supports (CPS) pilot scheme, we want to do our bit to build the capacity of Producers, Production Managers and others working in the performing arts sector. We know there is a shortage of Arts Marketing Specialists – and we want to raise the standards of marketing, audience development and public engagement in the sector, so we’re

creating an Arts Marketing Associate position in Once Off Productions.

For the rest of 2022, this Associate will be employed on a part-time basis and given hands-on experience in planning, implementing and evaluating promotional/public engagement campaigns for performing arts shows and events.

They will also be supported by a Senior Producer (Maura O’Keeffe) and Arts Marketing Specialist (Annette Nugent), who will provide oversight and mentoring throughout the year and will work with the Associate to understand their current strengths and skills, build up any skills gaps and guide their professional development.
